PLEASE NOTE:Backorder timeframes are located from the approximate time it requires the provider to supply the goods to our warehouse. When goods are out of stock with our 15, their estimates can be exceeded by these timeframes or there’s a delivery delay. For a more exact time, please contact us.
After we have all items in stock at our Fulfilment Centre, we typically process and dispatch your order. If your delivery address is outside the country of NSW your normal delivery time might be delayed by 1-2 weeks (to permit inter-state warehouse transfers).
We provide Australia wide from our Fulfilment Centre which is situated in North West Sydney NSW Australia into the delivery address you supply. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Rates and delivery times vary based on the number of their weight, their dimensions, items and the distance out of our Fulfilment Centre.
We use delivery methods based on the size of your order. Items are posted via Australia Post and bulky goods are sent via courier providers and freight.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery happens within 5 business days, but it can take up to 14 business days in more remote areas. Please contact us if you experience a delay and we will help track the status of the order.
If you are ordering a product that is on Backorder, Pre-Order or Made to Order, please consult with the quoted approximate guide time for that product as a guide for if we are going to have the item(s) in stock to dispatch. Circumstances may vary beyond our control that might lead to a delay on your order. Don’t worry, we will keep you updated when this does occur.
We don’t accept international orders via our website.
We could only accept cancellations when our Customer Care staff is able to halt the order and whether the product isn’t custom made or designed to order.
